The maze runner

The Maze runner by James Dashner.

The first book in the New York Times bestselling Maze Runner series—The Maze Runner is a modern classic, perfect for fans of The Hunger Games and Divergent.

When Thomas wakes up in the lift, the only thing he can remember is his first name. His memory is blank. But he’s not alone. When the lift’s doors open, Thomas finds himself surrounded by kids who welcome him to the Glade—a large, open expanse surrounded by stone walls.

Just like Thomas, the Gladers don’t know why or how they got to the Glade. All they know is that every morning the stone doors to the maze that surrounds them have opened. Every night they’ve closed tight. And every thirty days a new boy has been delivered in the lift.

Thomas was expected. But the next day, a girl is sent up—the first girl to ever arrive in the Glade. And more surprising yet is the message she delivers.

Thomas might be more important than he could ever guess. If only he could unlock the dark secrets buried within his mind.

Review....
The maze runner pulls you by the mystery of the maze as well as the thrilling action that has to do with the grievers. No matter what Tomas faces he works threw to get out of the maze, find a family that may or may not even be alive. He helps out his friends even if it means dieing himself. The maze runner is full of action, mystery, and even a little bit of romance.

When Tomas comes out of a dark box to be greeted by teenage guys with weird slang words and a determination for order he doesn't know what to do. When they put him to work in the glade all he wants to do is be a runner in the maze that so dangerous and strange. Even after all his horrible incounters with the maze he cant help feel that is were he needs to be.

Tomas is question by the gladers and isn't trusted fully by anyone one but his slightly annoying but funny friend Chuck. Stating out when the first girl ever shows up in the glade right after him with a funny note. Tomas tries not to think about the girl but he feels pulled to her in a way he's not sure he's felt for, so what happens when she finally wakes up, and things get weirder and scarier?

This is what I mean by the blinding excitement and mystery. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes to read mystery or adventure books.
