The Fallen Star by Jennifer L. Armentrout series drew me in from the very beginning. I loved following the character as they grew and matured. The story was new and different making you want to learn more. It was slow in parts and I believe that there should have been slightly more romance. It would've helped with the character development. Of course with Gemma lack of character you already get to see her grow into her own person throughout the story.
Alex need to protect Gemma when she probably save him more than the other way around is quiet funny and sweet. There need to stay with each other even when all they do is argue about what they should do gives you a good entertainment, and Gemma's ultimate need to find out her past with Alex keeps you from putting any of these books down.
